Delivery Lead Times and Dispatches?
Where products are in stock, order online by 16:00 and we aim to dispatch the next working day.
If a lead time applies to your product, we aim to dispatch your order by the stated lead time. Please note that where multiple products are ordered to the assembled / grouped, the longest lead time of the individual parts applies to the whole order.
Delivery Charge?
Orders over £300 (Ex VAT) online for UK mainland delivery qualify for FREE delivery. For orders under this value, there is a surcharge of £15 +VAT (£18 inc. VAT) for UK mainland delivery.
Orders for delivery outside of UK mainland will be delivered, as standard, on an Ex Works basis (Customers can arrange for transport from our works but should check with us for available collection days and times.
Should you require shipping to be included (for orders outside of mainland UK), you can save your cart as a quotation and put in the comments the delivery requirements and we will provide a quotation for the full order, including freight to your required destination.
What is a Delivery Surcharge?
A delivery surcharge is added to those items that require special delivery; for example, if it requires a large lorry, assistance with lifting or the items are considered hazardous and cannot be sent via our usual carriers. Items over 2.6m are also considered to have a delivery surcharge. The charge is added as a separate line to your invoice.
What happens if I am out when you attempt delivery or there is nobody on site?
We offer a convenient door–to–door service. Orders will require a signature, if you are not there the driver will leave a card for you to arrange a more convenient delivery time.
Can I have my order delivered to site?
Yes, of course. Simply select the correct delivery address during the checkout process.
Can I name the day for delivery?
We aim to dispatch all orders as soon as possible, if the stock is available. At present you cannot specify the day for delivery.
Can I send a delivery to more than one address?
You can only specify one delivery address per order. If you wish to have products delivered to more than one address, you would need to place separate orders for each address. However, you can split an order by placing an order for some items to be delivered and some items to be collected from branch. You can allocate products to either basket during the checkout process.
Can I pick up my order from Freeman Solutions Ltd?
Yes you can. Just ensure all items on your order are shown as “in stock” and click the “local delivery option” before checkout. We will send you and email to confirm when the parts are ready for collection.
Can I return a product to Freeman Solutions Ltd?
Please note: All circuit breakers (and those fitted with accessories) are considered to be custom-made products as they are specifically purchased to order from the manufacturer. Thus, returns of these products can only be accepted if faulty / damaged.
If you wish to return an item, in the first instance you should contact us by email, stating the item(s) you wish to return. We will contact you with details of how, and where, to send your return products to us. On receipt and checking of the return, we will process a refund.
Please note that the Customer is responsible for arranging the shipment of returned items.
How do I cancel my order?
If you place an order in error you can request to cancel this order straight away by using the Contact form and entering the Order Number of the order you have placed in error the Subject text field. To view your order history, simply log in, then click on the ‘My Account’ tab at the top of any page.
What if my order hasn’t arrived?
If you suspect your order hasn’t arrived, please contact Freeman Solutions Ltd and have your account number and order number ready.
What if I have received a faulty product?
Unfortunately accidents do happen, and on some occasions products can arrive faulty due to breakages during transit, we would like to replace the part as soon as possible. Please contact us to rectify the issue or email us directly.
What if only part of my order has arrived?
There can be times when your order may not arrive as one consignment, such as when one or more items are on back order, or your order is too large to be sent in one consignment. If in doubt, please contact us using the Contact form, or email us directly.
